Dave Bischoff owns and operates Bischoff Appraisal, Ltd. Licensed to perform Residential Appraisals in Ohio and Indiana, he has over 30 years of experience.

Dave performs appraisals for financial institutions and private individuals. His vast experience includes appraisals for loans, taxes, estates, divorces, farms, and small businesses.

Dave enjoys meeting people, and he takes a keen interest in the different types of structures that he appraises. Bischoff Appraisal, Ltd. values each of its customers.

Dave strives to give each customer personal service and an accurate fair market value appraisal.

A military historian in his spare time, Dave enjoys collecting artifacts. He also enjoys softball, restoring his 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback, and spending time with his family and grand kids.
