Lori Bischoff began her career in real estate because it offers her a flexible schedule where she can meet new people and help clients achieve their dream. She brings 23 years of experience from the corporate world working as a materials management buyer for Hill-Rom, located in Batesville. Detail-oriented and organized, Lori is results driven and her integrity is second to none.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys visiting area vineyards, home improvement projects, spending time with family, and breeding miniature goldendoodles. Licensed in both Indiana and Ohio, Lori is looking forward to helping you find “home sweet home.”

After earning a degree in Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and desiring to work alongside his grandfather in the family business, Trevor Bischoff became a Realtor® in 2017. Dave Bischoff owns and operates Bischoff Appraisal, Ltd. Licensed to perform Residential Appraisals in Ohio and Indiana, he has over 30 years of experience.
Dave performs appraisals for financial institutions and private individuals. His vast experience includes appraisals for loans, taxes, estates, divorces, farms, and small businesses.

Teri Rolfes is the Office Coordinator for Bischoff Realty. It has been said that she is “the glue that holds the office together.” Meticulous and detail oriented, her responsibilities include listing and purchase file maintenance, advertising, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and assisting with social media.
Collectively, Teri has worked at Bischoff Realty for 15 years. She began working for the Bischoff family full-time in 1994. After working for 11 years, she took a hiatus to focus on her family and attending to the needs of her 2 sons. After being contacted by Cliff Bischoff in the fall of 2018, Teri returned to work at Bischoff Realty three days a week.
In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, gardening, herbalism and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
